Vehicles must not exceed 5mph whilst on site

Sites usually open at 4.00 p.m. but check the hotline  or stewards for exact times

All units and visitors must report to the stewards on arrival

Sites used for meets are often provide minimum facilities therefore your own toilet is usually essential. An elsan emptying point is available on all sites - the stewards will show you its location.

Please do not take any part of your toilet to the drinking water tap

Waste water may be disposed of unobtrusively into hedges

Please take all rubbish home with you

Please keep noise to the minimum between 11.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m.

Radios and televisions should be kept to a personal listening level

All domestic pets must be on a lead whilst outside your unit and leads should not extend more than six feet.

Dogs must be exercised off site or as directed by the steward

Units should not be sited less than six metres (20 ft) from your nearest neighbour

Fire buckets should be placed outside your unit

Please inform the steward if you wish to use a generator

The steward has overall responsibility for the meet and any queries or complaints should be

discussed with him
